1.1. 6. Prices and delivery of goods

7.2. 8. Product warranty (non-food)
8.1. Deficiencies of non-food products sold are eliminated, defective goods are replaced, returned according to the cases and conditions set out in Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code.

9.3. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the Buyer, irrespective of the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, has not become acquainted with these Rules, even though such possibility has been granted to him.

10.1. The Seller sends all messages to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
10.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the addresses indicated in the “Contact” section of the Seller’s electronic store.
11. Final Provisions
All disagreements arising from or related to the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. In case of disagreement, disagreements shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
