  1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the e-shop “ltnatural.com” (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) controlled by the Buyer and Ramūnas Katinas when the Buyer purchases the goods in the e-shop. These Terms also specify the terms and conditions for the purchase and payment of the goods, the delivery and return procedures for the goods and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of the goods in the ltnatural.com online store.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with the legal requirements. The Buyer may access the changes, corrections or additions each time before confirming the purchase order.

2. The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale and purchase

2.1. The Purchase-Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer in the online shop on the order form of the goods click on the Buy Now button and is valid until full performance of the obligations under this Contract.

2.2. Each purchase-sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the ltnatural.com electronic store database.

3. Security of personal data security

3.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must provide his / her personal data necessary to complete the order: name, shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address. The Seller confirms that these data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the sale of the goods in the e-shop “ltnatural.com” and will not be disclosed to third parties. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Buyer’s rights and obligations

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods in the ltnatural.com e-shop, in accordance with these Rules, in accordance with the procedure established by the online store and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery (if any).

4.3. The Buyer shall have the right to refuse the contract of sale of goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. July. 22 d. by Decree no. 738.

5. Seller’s rights and obligations

5.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the e-shop properly.

5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer, under the terms and conditions of these Rules and delivery terms.

6. Prices and delivery of goods

6.1. All prices of goods in the online shop “ltnatural.com” are indicated in euros/dollars.

6.2. All types and procedures of payment for the goods, delivery methods and terms are provided in the order form. Delivery terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods. In such a case, the Buyer shall be informed of the lack of goods ordered by him and the most appropriate terms of delivery shall be agreed with the Buyer.

6.3. If the Goods are delivered directly to the Buyer, at the time of delivery the Buyer must, together with the representative of the transport company, check the condition, quantity, quality and range of the goods. After noticing the shipment’s violation, the quantity of goods, the quality and the assortment, the Buyer must not accept the shipment and mark it in the consignment note. After the buyer has accepted the parcel and signed the consignment note without remarks, it is considered that the package of the delivered lot is orderly and undamaged, the item is without defects, the quantity of goods, quality (as far as it can be determined visually), the assortment corresponds to the terms of the contract of sale.

7. Return of goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the non-food purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Seller within 14 days after the delivery of the goods.

7.2. The right provided for in Item 7.1 of the Rules shall be exercised only by the Buyer, who shall be recognized as a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, ie. y. a natural person who, for purposes not related to his business, trade, craft or profession (for purposes of consumption), concludes or concludes a contract.

7.3. The returned item must be in the original orderly package, not used, the product must be undamaged by the Buyer, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, uncoated protective film, unpacked packaging, etc.). The returned item must be the same as the item received by the Buyer. It is necessary to present the document of purchase when returning the goods. The Buyer is responsible for the completion and packaging of the item.

7.4. The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraph 7.1 of the Rules when the contract is concluded for perishable goods or goods with a shelf life.

8. Product warranty (non-food)

8.1. Deficiencies of non-food products sold are eliminated, defective goods are replaced, returned according to the cases and conditions set out in Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code.

8.2. The seller always guarantees the quality of the items (statutory guarantee). All personal consumer goods are given 24 months. guarantee period. The Seller is responsible for the defect of the item In the event of a defect in the warranty period, the repair is free of charge.

8.3. Goods for warranty repair shall be delivered by the Buyer at its own expense to the addresses specified in the procurement documents.

8.4. Please read the operating instructions carefully before using the product.

Caution: The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to natural wear parts.

9. Responsibility

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences of incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the registration form.

9.2. The Buyer must keep the data of his / her connection to the e-shop and not disclose it, ensure that the data is known only to him / herself and use the data only by himself / herself, not to pass it on to other persons or to access or use the data. All actions performed using the Buyer’s Identification Code are considered to have been made by the Buyer and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.

9.3. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the Buyer, irrespective of the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, has not become acquainted with these Rules, even though such possibility has been granted to him.

10. Exchange of information

10.1. The Seller sends all messages to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.

10.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the addresses indicated in the “Contact” section of the Seller’s electronic store.

11. Final Provisions

All disagreements arising from or related to the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. In case of disagreement, disagreements shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
